My Favorite Bracelet

My favorite bracelet broke today. The Monkey gave it to me on my birthday nearly nine years ago to the day. I’ve worn it pretty much, continually since then. I’ve always thought that If I died, I could be identified by that bracelet; “Oh! That’s Brandi on that slab! I know that bracelet!” How will people know me now? …Maybe they never even noticed. I’m feeling very sad and extra naked without it at this moment.
